We strive to make healthcare accessible by accommodating all patients regardless of the hours they keep. We start by allowing self-scheduling through our patient portal. For telehealth visits, we provide the hours we are available, and you choose the time that works best for you and schedule the appointment. If you need an in-person visit or prefer to schedule over the phone, you can call during the hours listed at the bottom of our website and we can help get you booked. Click on the Patient Portal button to get scheduled now.

Appointments & What to Expect

  • The consultation is an opportunity for you to meet our Nurse Practitioner and decide if she will be a good fit to participate in your care. There is no assessment or treatment provided at this visit. This is provided as a courtesy for potential patients. There is no charge for this appointment.

  • The initial visit usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes and includes a thorough health history and assessment, medication and lab review, and establishing what your goals of treatment are. Any questions and concerns that you have will be addressed and education will be provided on what to expect during treatment. A treatment plan is formulated and initiated at this visit.

  • Follow up visits tend to be shorter, but you are allowed as much time as you need with the provider. Most of these appointments last about 20 minutes, but can be as long as 90 minutes. We will review any new lab work, assess the response to any treatments you are receiving, address any new or ongoing concerns or questions that arise, and update the treatment plan if indicated. GAHT and HIV PrEP follow-up appointments are generally scheduled every 3 months.
