Our Practice
Our practice is focused on care that is inclusive, individualized, and congruent with the most current guidelines and research.. We provide visits through telehealth, in our office, or in your home if you live in Kansas. We also accept appointments in the evenings, at night, and on weekends to help accommodate different schedules and eliminate the need for you or a loved one to take time off from work or other obligations to attend a medical appointment. Telehealth services are provided for those living in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Washington.
Our services can be paid for with your health insurance or on a self-pay basis. We also offer payment plans, and a sliding scale structure for those who are uninsured.. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, and bill United Healthcare as an out-of-network provider. If you have a different insurance carrier and are interested in our services, please contact us to discuss your options.. We are currently unable to accept new patients with Medicare or Medicaid. However, we would be happy to provide you with referrals to several excellent providers who do.
