Melissa Haverkamp
Family Nurse Practitioner
Melissa Haverkamp, APRN, FNP-C, AAHIVS (she/her) is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She is also credentialed as an HIV Specialist™ through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Melissa completed her clinical training at the University of Kansas Internal Medicine Clinic and graduated with a 4.0 GPA from American Sentinel College of Nursing at Post University. In 2022, she founded CCK to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care focused on HIV prevention, gender-affirming care, metabolic health, and longevity. She has earned the Type 2 Diabetes Remission Certificate through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is currently completing the Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine through the Obesity Medicine Association. She is also pursuing Diplomate status with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. In addition, Melissa holds board certification as a Nursing Case Manager through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and serves as a consulting provider for several national telehealth platforms specializing in longevity and healthspan medicine. She also serves as a volunteer nurse practitioner for Nurses Global Outreach/ ICT Street providing care to people who are unhoused in Wichita, Kansas.
